He is feeling sad, depressed, anger because he couldn't do anything about it. The emotions he went through were sadness, maddness, and depression. He wanted to commit suicide.

Jack felt like he had lost everything because in the video he said "she was my everything". He wanted to commit suicide because he didn't have anything to live for since she was gone. He went through several emotions. During the beginning of the video he was sad and crying on the floor trying to realize what had happened. He was also mad when he was driving because he almost got into a car accident.

At first, Jack felt like he had lost everything because he had lost his wife. He went through a range of emotions. At first he was depressed because he punched the mirror. Then all did was drink and wallow in his sadness. Then he wanted to commit suicide because he almost got hit by a truck. Finally by the end, when he held the gun to his head, he realized that he could make it and didn't kill himself.

Jack was feeling depressed, and stressed out. He is feeling helpless without hope, thinks his life is worthless. Filled with anger and rage, he is determined to commit suicide, but in the end he realizes his life is worth more than death.

Jack felt deep sadness about the love one he just lost and for a moment he had suicidal thoughts, but then he realized that he was stupid for thinking that. He is probably getting over her and slowly forgetting her.

Jack was probably feeling depressed because he must have really loved his wife, and to express his emotion(s)out he wanted to commit suicide/thinking of suicidal thoughts. But he didn't commit it, why? probably because he realized that he deserves to live even though life may have it's ups and downs.
